Tirkandi Inaburra is a fantastic, unique, demanding and incredibly rewarding place to work, making a difference to young Aboriginal lives in the heart of the beautiful and remote Wiradjuri Country.
Youth worker opportunities
We’re always keen to hear from people who are interested in joining the Tirkandi Youth Worker team. The role of a youth worker at Tirkandi Inaburra is by far the most diverse and challenging, but it’s also the most satisfying – making the biggest positive impact on the lives of young Aboriginal males.
We look favorably on applicants who have experience working with high school-aged children (especially of Aboriginal heritage) or hold qualifications relevant to the role. However, neither are essential. More importantly, you’ll demonstrate a willingness to learn and undertake the level of formal study and training required. Please call our office direct on (02) 6954 4800 or email your resume, with a covering letter, to email@example.com
