Applying for the Tirkandi Inaburra Program is a simple process, and there are a number of ways you can complete and submit your application forms. Please make sure you review our service catchment area on the home page or in our Frequently Asked Questions prior to submitting an application.
Submit an application online
Complete the online form and submit. It takes approximately 20 minutes. And once we’ve reviewed your details online, we’ll contact you within 7 days to discuss your application further. Please click on the “Apply online now” button below to start an application.
Apply via email or post
You can choose to download the form, complete it on-screen, save and submit via email. Or download and print to complete the form by hand, then post it or scan it to send via email. Once we’ve reviewed your details, we’ll contact you to discuss your application further.

Get assistance from your school
Download and print the form, drop it into your child’s school and ask them to complete and submit the form direct to us.
We’re to help with your application too
The application process will require an interview with the child, a report from their school and medical clearance from your local GP.
