Our management team conducts detailed training needs analysis to identify suitable training courses and create a tailored developmental supervision program for each of our team members. This includes regular trauma informed practice training, to ensure all staff are up to date with best practice and methods, as well as role-related training from Family and Community Services and the Department of Education.

We also encourage all staff to notify their line managers of any local training opportunities they wish to pursue, external to Tirkandi, as part of their ongoing development pathway.
